REVIEW: Cop Out

It’s a little sad really, that Bruce Willis a star who attained iconic status doing the Die Hard films, ends up playing second fiddle in a silly buddy film, Cop Out. If it was intended as a spoof on classic films of the genre, then it fails to make the grade. It is funny in bits, but has to bust its guts to get a laugh—and that can be lethal for a comedy.
